We did something different this year, and decided to share with you directly from the convention floor some of the new, and not so new things but important items that we evaluate each year when we attend the NAMM trade show (National Association of Music Merchants).
Our focus is band instruments, thus the bulk of our focus was put on the new Yamaha student band instrument line-up, as well as offerings from Buffet-Crampon (now known simply as the Buffet Group) and P. Mauriat. We got to check out horns ranging from $100 to $8000!

Don’t be mistaken, we also checked out cool items in the guitar world and drum world! The Yamaha THR-10 USB / Digital / Desktop Guitar Amp really impressed us, as did the new Ludwig Atlas Hardware packages.
